Her dual degrees, in both social work and business, have allowed her to more deeply understand, support, and translate between clinical care and operational support in behavioral healthcare.     In October 2021, Cally joined Aurora Mental Health & Recovery as the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) and Business Analytics. Her master's degree in Organization Leadership has helped shape her collaborative leadership style which promotes the well-being of staff and peers. Cally has over 13 years of experience in the technology space and enjoys the collaboration of the behavioral health and recovery community. She loves partnering with health tech companies to make meaningful change. Cally offers contributions to her community by serving on 3 community boards. She is also a passionate advocate for the Endometriosis community at the national level. In 2021, Cally was the recipient of the Top 25 Young Professionals award by the Colorado Business Journal.
