Going Hybrid—Powering Your Future Service Model With The Right Technology
Delivering hybrid services sound simple. But, creating an organizational structure that supports in-clinic, in-home, and virtual service delivery requires changes across the organization. Provider organization executive teams need to plan for the hybrid future—what service lines offered in what modes; changing relationship to health plans and consumers; and new integrated technology infrastructure. Learn how one organization, Alexander Youth Network, is approaching this challenge. Carolyn Spence, chief information officers of Alexander Youth Network, will discuss the status of their current hybrid service delivery, the major challenges they faced in bringing up hybrid service delivery, and how their technology will change to support a new service delivery model.
This session provides our Circle elite members with the opportunity to have a one-on-one discussion with Carolyn Spence and OPEN MINDS Senior Associate Carol Clayton, Ph.D. on planning hybrid services. Executives attending will learn:
- The key issues faced by executives in moving to a hybrid service delivery model with in-clinic, in-home, and telehealth
