The COVID-19 epidemic has impacted society in ways we couldn’t imagine. Increased physical, mental, and financial struggles have caused many individuals and families to reach out to behavioral health providers for assistance. How is your organization capturing the influx of mental health referrals? Are your processes and staff equipped to handle the increased volume? This Circle Elite Executive Roundtable, featuring OPEN MINDS Senior Associate, Erin Pressel, and Michael Stevens, Director of Business Development at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital, will detail how to capture and manage the increased volume of referrals.

Executive attendees will learn:

  • How to maximize and develop referrals
  • How to educate and prepare staff
  • How to modify intake and admission procedures
  • Characteristics of mental health referrals during COVID
  • Data related to acuity and volume of mental health referrals
