Ashley Puchalski, Director Clinical Care, Ohio's Hospice

Director of Clinical Care with Ohio’s Hospice, 11 years, serving as Care Manager, Excellence Educator, Team Leader and Director. As Director for our Care Coordination Center, she helps service and support all OHI affiliates with Call Center support and integration/utilization of CareRouter for afterhours teams. 18 year of nursing experience, with Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care and Call Center Manager Certified.
