New Strategies For Whole Person Care—Back By Popular Demand
1:00 – 2:00 pm ET
There are many integrated care service delivery models in the market, but before executives can pick one, they need to identify the best strategy to make sure the model aligns with their business needs. Executive teams need to work through several challenges to create a financially viable integrated care strategy with models that are appropriate to local payers and health plans.
During this one-hour recorded presentation, OPEN MINDS Senior Associates Deanne Cornette and Christy Dye will share the foundational principles of whole person, integrated care, and the prevailing models for configuring and delivering services, including co-location, staffing models, tech-enabled models, and fully integrated services. They will present the OPEN MINDS signature program integration readiness assessment tool, and provide practical insight into selecting a model that best fits organizational development and strategic and financial goals.
