Increased demands and opportunities in human services have led to growth for many provider organizations over the past few years, but only organizations who have scaled to support this growth can continue to sustain and build on it. Efficient and simplified financial operations play a significant role in sustainability and ability to seize new opportunities. As healthcare executives look toward the future, success means preparing for growth through focused attention to financial and administrative operational practices, staffing shortages and the ever-changing funding landscape.
Join Deanna L. Cerwin, MBA, CPA, Chief Financial Officer at Resources for Human Development and Erica Gregory, Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Netsmart, as they share the must-haves for executives looking to increase revenue without overburdening their most valuable resource – clinical, operational and financial staff.
During this session you’ll learn these keys to sustainable growth:
- Building a strong foundation through back office best practices designed to maximize efficiency
- Scaling for growth through multi-state expansion and commercial mental health opportunities
