  As a Senior Business Development Manager within AWS’ state and local government healthcare provider business, Dr. Coley provides guidance, initiative, and development. Monica has served in various consulting and operational roles for over 17 years with Cerner Corporation, with her primary focus and passion for leading teams in the implementation and integration of healthcare systems for the clinical, revenue cycle, and interoperability arenas, as well as managing consulting operations and strategy. Additionally, Monica worked at Morehouse School of Medicine for 6.5 years before Cerner, where she had the opportunity to implement the school’s first Electronic Medical Record system, as well as manage an NIH-funded research center under the direction of Dr. David Satcher, former U.S. Surgeon General. Dr. Monica Coley holds a Doctorate in Health Informatics, a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Care Outcomes Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Administration.

  Mike Lardieri is a licensed clinical social worker with a 30 + year history leading behavioral health organizations. He has led some of the largest behavioral health organizations in the nation including for profit, not for profit, and managed care organizations. Mike is an expert in 42 CFR Part 2 and the implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning in behavioral health settings. He is also a national leader in quality measurement and sits on the Battelle Partnership for Quality Management Committee. He has also held senior leadership positions at the National Association for Community Health Centers (NACHC), Northwell Health, the largest provider in NY State and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

  As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jon focuses on expanding and advancing Core's solutions to best serve the growing customer base and their clients. Jon has an extensive background in health IT and information services having worked for successful organizations like DuPont, SMS, Siemens, and ECRI. He has been recognized as a digital health expert speaking at events nationwide and on Capitol Hill. Jon received his B.S. from the University of Michigan and M.B.A. from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
