CoastalCare of Wilmington and East Carolina Behavioral Health (ECBH) of Greenville have merged to become Trillium Health Resources. In line with North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory’s initiative, “Partnership for a Healthy North Carolina,” and NC Department of Health and Human Services’ (DHHS) expectations, Trillium’s creation is the result of a plan proposed by nine Managed Care Organizations across North Carolina in 2013.
