New Talent Hazelden has announced that Pamela Shultz, M.D., has been named medical director of recovery services at Center City, Minn. As director, Shultz will lead multi-disciplinary care teams (including medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists and counselors), oversee all medical programs, ensure quality of care, act as a liaison with other providers in the community, and assist in developing best practices and evidence-based treatment of addiction to alcohol and other drugs.
