May 19, 2010 The Office of Public Health and Science solicited comments on the Health and Human Services (HHS) draft Framework on Multiple Chronic Conditions (MCC) to receive comments from behavioral health stakeholders. HHS wanted to be sure that issues were represented adequately. HHS seeks to improve the health of individuals with multiple co-occurring chronic conditions by collaborating with stakeholders.
