Anthem's Medicare Advantage members in New York and Connecticut have access to an app developed by Sidekick Health to deliver digital concierge care for members recovering from coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Through the COVID Concierge Care app pilot, eligible members fill out a questionnaire daily to track their symptoms. They can contact a clinical professional through the app via secure, two-way text-based messages, or regular text or email.
