District of Columbia Child and Family Service Agency (CFSA) seeks a contractor to establish a Volunteer Mentor Partnership (VMP) program for children and youth served by CFSA. The Volunteer Mentor Partnership is a new initiative designed to award grants to non-profit mentor organizations to provide one-on-one mentoring. Volunteer mentors will be matched with CFSA clients based on special interests and individual needs of each child.
