Illinois Department of Public Health seeks a contractor to administer the Continuation of Health Insurance Coverage (CHIC) Program with federal Ryan White Care Act funds. The purpose of the CHIC Program is to assist eligible individuals who are infected with HIV/AIDS to maintain their COBRA or other group health insurance coverage by paying the premiums up to a maximum of $500 per month.
