Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks a contractor to provide services for the Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE). The purpose of MARE is to assist in securing adoptive homes for children/youth in Michigan who need permanent families. Services are intended to promote, facilitate, monitor, and track the adoption process in Michigan. Many of the services have specific technical components and several require face-to-face contact between the contractor, licensed private adoption agencies, DHS, prospective adoptive families and waiting children/youth.
