Minnesota's Ramsey County Office of Safety and Justice, Bail Reform Work Group seeks a contractor to provide community-based navigator services to work with individuals who are released from the Ramsey County Adult Detention Center (ADC) on their own recognizance. The selected community-based organization (CBO) will act as a Navigator, coordinating across multiple Ramsey County Departments in the justice system and contractors to provide services to individuals who qualify for and agree to participate in the pre-charge release program.
