Pinnacle Treatment Centers, which provides comprehensive addiction treatment services in nine states, recently acquired four outpatient opioid addiction treatment programs in the eastern United States. The acquisition included one treatment center in Pennsylvania and three in New Jersey. All four were previously operated by Recovery Centers of America. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The newly acquired facilities provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Each of the newly acquired facilities has been renamed. The Pennsylvania facility, formerly Delaware County Healthcare Clinic, has been rebranded as Lansdowne Treatment Services. The New Jersey facilities are as follows:
