On August 15, 2022, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published this list of provisionally accepted accountable care organizations (ACOs) and implementation period 3 participation information for performance year 2023 of the ACO Realizing Access, Equity & Community Health (REACH) Model.
