Addus HomeCare Acquires Apple Home Healthcare In Illinois

Addus HomeCare Corporation, which provides home care services, acquired Apple Home Healthcare, LTD (Apple) in Chicago, Illinois. The deal closed October 1, 2022. Addus funded the acquisition through a combination of cash on hand and credit. The deal value was not disclosed. The acquisition expands the Addus HomeCare presence in Illinois and complements its recent acquisitions of the operations of Summit Home Health and JourneyCare hospice services in the greater Chicago area.
