The Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health issued this Addendum #4 to go along with its request for proposals #HHS-11-098 for assertive community treatment and intensive care management services. The addendum had four sections, for questions and answers, DHSS policy memorandum #37, draft certification standards, and American Society of Addiction Medicine Information. The questions in the question and answer section were those from the pre-bid meeting audience, on January 17, 2012.
