Eleanor Health Expands Into Texas, Opens Outpatient Addiction & Mental Health Clinic In San Antonio

Eleanor Health, which provides outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health disorders, opened its first Texas clinic in San Antonio. With the addition of this location, Eleanor now offers care at 31 clinics across seven states: Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Washington. The company partners with Medicare, Medicaid, and employers. By the end of 2022, Eleanor Health anticipates managing more than 60,000 members under its innovative value- and population-based partnership models.
