Help At Home Launches In-Home Care Coordination Business Segment
Help at Home, which provides in-home, person-centered care for older adults launched its new Care Coordination business segment. The care coordination service line will focus on transforming the delivery of in-home personal care services, increasing access to care, improving quality and cost outcomes and increasing consumer satisfaction and health equity for aging-in-place seniors, the underserved and chronic care populations.
