West Virginia DHHR Children’s Mental Health & Behavioral Health Services Quality & Outcomes Semi-Annual Report July 2022

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) released the report on July 29, 2022. It documents the state's progress implementing its 2019 agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to address the state’s service system for children with serious mental health conditions administered by DHHR. The agreement initiatives are intended to ensure that children can receive appropriate mental health and social services in their homes, schools, and communities, efficiently and effectively.
