Qualifacts Acquires OnCall Health
Qualifacts, which provides software as a service electronic health record platforms for behavioral health and human services organizations, acquired telehealth provider organization OnCall Health. Financial terms were not disclosed. Qualifacts intends to integrate OnCall Health’s behavioral health-focused telehealth, patient portal, and client engagement technology into the Qualifacts software suite.
OnCall Health has hosted more than one million consultations. The OnCall team will join Qualifacts. The goal is to simplify complicated workflows for behavioral health provider organizations, while allowing them to offer a modern telehealth experience with a consumer portal and additional engagement opportunities.
