Carle Health Signs Strategic Agreement To Replace UnityPoint Health As Parent Organization Of Unitypoint Health–Central Illinois

Carle Health, UnityPoint Health, and UnityPoint Health–Central Illinois signed a strategic affiliation agreement in which Carle Health will replace UnityPoint Health as the parent organization of UnityPoint Health – Central Illinois. The agreement affects Methodist, Proctor, and Pekin Hospitals, affiliated clinics, UnityPlace, and Methodist College. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is anticipated to close by April 1, 2023.
