On February 10, 2012, the County Commissioners of Pennsylvania released a legislative bulletin special edition focused on the FY 2012-13 budget proposal submitted by the governor. Although the bulletin critiques some of the budget cuts given there was no increase in revenue, it also endorses key aspects of the governor's bill such as creation of a more comprehensive block grant program.
