Nuvance Health Launches New Remote Monitoring Cognitive Care-At-Home Program

The Nuvance Health Neuroscience Institute launched Neuroglee Connect™, a remote monitoring program, to support consumers with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Neuroglee Connect™ is a virtual neurological specialty care program for clinical care teams to provide ongoing, personalized in-home support for people with MCI and their in-home family caregivers. The program is currently available at Nuvance Health Neuroscience Institute neurology practices in New York and Connecticut.
