The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) released the update on December 22, 2022. It presents updates on the state's plans to rollout a new Medicaid benefit, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), to specific populations. The new benefit is part of the state’s California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Medicaid waiver.
