Fruit Street Health To Expand Its Telehealth Diabetes Prevention Program To Medicaid & Direct To Consumer Markets
Fruit Street Health, which provides the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) via telehealth, plans to expand its markets. Currently the company works with commercial health plans and self-insured employers. It now intends to market the telehealth program directly to consumers by partnering with physicians to enroll individuals at-risk of developing diabetes, and by enrolling state Medicaid populations.
