Intermountain Healthcare Partners With Story Health To Manage Care For People With Heart Failure

Intermountain Healthcare, a health system of 33 hospitals in seven states, partnered with Story Health, a health technology and services company that provides a specialty care platform solution, to improve access to specialty care for consumers with heart failure. The initial work for the strategic partnership between Intermountain and Story Health will be a program that implements Story Health’s platform into the Intermountain system. The program is already underway, and whitepapers with the program results will be published in late 2023. Financial terms of this partnership have not been disclosed.
