SonderMind Acquires Mindstrong’s Technology, Mindstrong Closes Down
Mental health care provider organization SonderMind acquired technology from Mindstrong and intends to integrate the technology to provide more personalized care for consumers. After selling its technology to SonderMind, Mindstrong terminated its operations. The financial terms were not disclosed. SonderMind also hired some of Mindstrong’s technology team members.
Mindstrong was founded in 2014 with the goal of transforming mental health care by developing innovations in digital measurement, data science, and virtual care models. It focused on serving those with serious mental illness (SMI), providing health solutions and services that helped deliver preemptive care and improve outcomes.
