Synthesis Digital Out Of Business, New Company Retreat Guru Takes Over Its Psychedelic Practitioner Training Program

Synthesis Digital LLC (Synthesis Digital), an education organization training people in Oregon to deliver psilocybin therapy, ended operations after a sister company, Synthesis Institute B.V., filed for bankruptcy on February 27, 2023. On March 1, 2023, Synthesis Digital notified its first group of students that it was going to pause its education program indefinitely. The company arranged with Retreat Guru to be the new operator of the Synthesis Psychedelic Practitioner Training in Oregon. Financial terms were not disclosed.
