Wisconsin DCF Child Welfare Licensing Memo Series 2012-04: Rate Regulation Requirement Updates

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is preparing to develop new maximum reimbursement rates for residential child welfare provider organizations for 2013. Private child placing organizations, residential care centers, group home provider organizations, and shelter care provider organizations must complete a 2013 Provider Cost and Service Report by July 1, 2012. DCF will use the information in these reports to the maximum administrative rate for child-placing agencies, and the maximum daily rates for group homes and residential care centers. DCF will publish the maximum allowable rates no later than September 1, 2012.
