Palm Medical Centers Acquires Valley Medical Centers In Orlando, Florida

Palm Medical Centers (Palm), an independent primary care medical group in Florida, entered the Orlando market after acquiring Valley Medical Centers, a primary care practice with four medical centers. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Palm is a portfolio company of MBF Healthcare Partners II, L.P (MBF). The acquisition marks the first phase of Palm’s initiative to expand its clinical model throughout the Orlando area, which will continue in 2023 and 2024 with several additional clinic openings and acquisitions.
