Amazon Adds New Alexa Smart Properties For Health Care Facilities

Amazon announced a new suite of Alexa Smart Properties (ASP) for Healthcare capabilities designed to improve the consumer and medical staff experience at hospitals. ASP provides device fleet management of Alexa-enabled devices, and the new capabilities give health care provider organizations more ways to manage their devices and to build Alexa capabilities at scale for consumer care. Health care facilities use ASP to alleviate the burden of administrative tasks on medical staff, to keep consumers informed and connected, and to provide entertainment for consumers.
