Illinois Department of Mental Health RFI for Active Community Care Transition; Tinley Park Mental Health Center Community Reinvestment

The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is preparing to close the Tinley Park Mental Health Center by July 2, 2012. In this request for information (RFI), DHS asked interested provider organizations to comment on a proposed community-based service model for former Tinley Park residents. DHS plans to procure community-based inpatient and outpatient alternatives for about 1,900 individuals living in the Tinley Park catchment area.
