Health Staffing Company, Jackson Healthcare To Acquire LRS Healthcare

Jackson Healthcare®, a family of highly specialized health care staffing, search, and technology companies, signed a definitive agreement to acquire LRS Healthcare, which also provides medical staffing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close during the second quarter of 2023.

Omaha, Nebraska-based LRS Healthcare connects nursing and allied health care professionals to facilities nationwide.
