Sansum Clinic & Sutter Health To Enter Strategic Partnership, Will Extend Sutter Health Reach Along Central California Coast

Sansum Clinic and Sutter Health signed a non-binding letter of intent in early May 2023 to enter a strategic partnership. They anticipate formalizing the partnership in “coming weeks” to begin a structured integration process in which Sansum Clinic will become part of Sutter Health. The partnership is anticipated to create more access to primary care and ambulatory multi-specialty care.
