Oregon Health Authority Issues First Psilocybin Service Center License, Psilocybin Services To Become Available Soon

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) licensed the state’s first psilocybin service center as part of the regulatory framework created by M109, the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act (OPS). OHA issued the license to EPIC Healing Eugene.

Under the statewide model, clients 21 years of age or older may access psilocybin services. While they won’t need prescriptions or referrals from health care provider organizations, clients must first complete a preparation session with a licensed facilitator.
