Lightning Step Sells AVA Billing & Consulting Subsidiary To Medusind

Lightning Step, which provides enterprise behavioral health care software solutions, sold its revenue cycle management services subsidiary AVA Billing & Consulting (AVA) to Medusind, which also provides health care-focused RCM services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Going forward, Lightning Step intends to accelerate its expansion of its all-in-one behavioral healthcare software platform. Lightning Step acquired AVA in 2019.
