Wisconsin Senate Bill 380, Removing The Cap On Medicaid Family Care Program Enrollment
April 2, 2012
Wisconsin Senate Bill 380 removed a nine-month long enrollment cap on the Medicaid Family Care managed care program that provided long-term care and home- and community-based services for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. Enrollment had been frozen at about 35,500 individuals since July 1, 2011 due to concerns about the 12-year-old programÂ’s sustainability. Enrollment started again on April 3, 2012.
