Florida-Based Palm Medical Centers Expands Into Texas With Acquisition Of Two Primary Care Practices In Forth Worth

Palm Medical Centers (PMC), an independent primary care medical group based in Florida, signed a definitive agreement to acquire two primary care practices in Forth Worth, Texas. This is PMC’s first entry into Texas. Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

PMC’s Texas business will operate under the name of Palm Primary Care Texas (Palm Texas).
