New York OMH Seeks Supported Housing for Adults with Serious Mental Illness Request for Proposal (RFP) – Manhattan

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the availability of funds for the development and operation of up to 80 units of supported housing for persons residing in OMH psychiatric centers or OMH transitional housing programs serving NYC residents. These are individuals with serious mental illness who have resided in an OMH psychiatric center and/or transitional housing program for one year or longer. All housing will be sited in the borough of Manhattan. The RFP was released April 04, 2012; applications were due May 16, 2012.
