CareSource Signs Affiliation Agreement With Newly Formed Non-Profit Radiant Alliance

Non-profit health plan CareSource signed a definitive affiliation agreement with Radiant Alliance, a newly formed partnership of supportive care and housing organizations. The non-entity Radiant Alliance includes Metta Healthcare (the parent company of Ohio’s Hospice and Pure Healthcare) and United Church Homes. CareSource anticipates that this affiliation will give CareSource a platform for creating unique solutions to serve older adults and those with complex health needs. CareSource intends to use Radiant Alliance to help build its best-in-class strategic capabilities as it expands nationally.
