FEHB Program Carrier Letter

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management has released an FEHB program carrier letter for all fee-for-service carriers. The letter included technical guidance and instructions for preparing proposals for fee-for-service carriers. In the letter, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management said that it has determined there is enough evidence behind the use of ABA therapy to deem it a medical rather than an educational service.
