On April 27, 2012, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services released an update on its plans for a dual eligible demonstration program. The update also included expectations for the ICOs in response to questions received in advance of an informational meeting held April 20. The questions concerned the target population, service areas, the potential number of ICO contracts, pharmacy and copayments, provider networks, the model of care, and payment rates.
