Christian City Adds More Beds To Its THRIVE Program For Homeless Young Adults Aging Out Of Foster Care In Georgia
Georgia-based non-profit Christian City, Inc. added six more residential beds to its THRIVE Transitional Living program for homeless young adults who aged out of foster care. For this expansion, the organization opened two new cottage residences to house up to six men. A further expansion will add room for two more men, bringing the housing capacity to eight. Christian City also operates two cottages that can house up to 11 women participating in the THRIVE program. The homes are located on Christian City’s 500-acre campus in Union City, Georgia.
