Havencrest Forms Outpatient Mental Health Platform, Deep Eddy Psychotherapy Management

Private equity firm Havencrest Capital Management unveiled its outpatient mental health platform, Deep Eddy Psychotherapy Management, LLC (Deep Eddy). Havencrest started the platform in April 2022, and expanded it in April 2023 by acquiring Dallas Counseling and Treatment Center Management, LLC. (DCTC). Financial terms of the DCTC acquisition were not disclosed.

Together, Deep Eddy and DCTC represent one of the largest outpatient mental health platforms in the state of Texas.
