Veterans’ Medical Care: FY2013 Appropriations

On May 8, 2012, the Congressional Research Service released fiscal year 2013 appropriations report on veterans' medical care. The report included a breakdown of the budget request that was submitted in February 2012 for fiscal year 2013. The budget request was for $135.6 million for the VA as a whole, which is a 41% increase over the fiscal year 2012-enacted appropriations.
