Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division awarded a contract to  to provide crisis care services for the Columbia Region. Crisis care services may include temporary care for children ranging in age from birth through age seventeen (17) (until the 18th birthday), whose parents/guardians are experiencing an unexpected and unstable, serious, and emergency situation that requires immediate action. Crisis care services may result in short-term care for children who may be at risk for child abuse or neglect. Crisis care service may include the development of a family plan with these families to prevent the future need . . .
