Hackensack Meridian Neuroscience Institute To Debut ZAP-X Gyroscopic Radiosurgery® For The Brain Combined With Synaptive MRI To Shorten The Time From Diagnosis To Treatment
The Dr. Robert H. and Mary Ellen Harris ZAP-X Center for Noninvasive Neurosurgery at Hackensack Meridian Neuroscience Institute of Jersey Shore University Medical Center plan to start using the first in the world ZAP-X® Gyroscopic Radiosurgery® with Synaptive brain only silent MRI for the treatment of brain tumors and conditions of the brain including trigeminal neuralgia and arteriovenous malformations (AVM). This pairing of technologies is expected to reduce the time from diagnosis to treatment to one week. The new technologies will be offered in September 2023.
